You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with applicable laws regarding business communications and data privacy.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful business purposes. You will not use the Platform to send unsolicited communications in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable regulations. You are responsible for compliance with all outreach and email marketing laws in your jurisdiction.
The Platform uses AI to generate analyses, scores, and email content. AI-generated content is provided as recommendations only. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use and ensuring it meets your standards and compliance requirements.
The Platform integrates with third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated scores or analyses. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We treat all client deal activity, investment theses, and target company lists as strictly confidential. We will not share your proprietary data with other users or third parties except as necessary to provide the service.
