We collect information you provide directly: account information (name, email, company), investment thesis criteria, and usage data. We also collect data from third-party integrations (Apollo.io, DeBounce) that you connect to your account.
We use your information to provide and improve our deal sourcing platform, including: generating AI-powered company analyses, identifying potential acquisition targets, creating personalized outreach campaigns, and maintaining your account.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II compliance.
Our platform integrates with third-party services including Apollo.io (company and contact data), DeBounce (email verification), Anthropic Claude (AI analysis), and Smartlead (email campaign delivery). Each service has its own privacy policy governing its use of data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove all personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.
